One of my kids’ favorite desserts is ice cream tacos. They are super simple to make, but look so cute.

All you have to do is fry a flour tortilla in about a tablespoon or two of vegetable oil, and then sprinkle it with cinnamon sugar. The important thing is to scoop the ice cream with a spoon and not a scoop. If you use a scoop the ice cream will make the tortilla hard to fold. Top with your favorite ice cream toppings. We like to use marshmallow cream, butterscotch sauce, shredded coconut, chocolate chips, and cherries. If you want something with a bit of zing use balsamic vinegar or peach salsa.
